You can return goods for a full refund, minus postage, within 30 days of the receipt of the products. Item must be unused and in original packaging. A restocking fee may also be charged if testing is required to verify components, once returned. Customs or VAT can not be refunded on international items. Items must be returned in the same state they arrived.
If you have changed your mind before the item is shipped we will give a full refund. If you wish to return our product, send us an email at [email protected].
Replacement for faulty goods
Goods are only replaced if defective or damaged. We do not offer “no fault” replacements, therefore if damaged through misuse this is not covered.
If you believe your item might be defective or damaged, then reasonable steps should be made to remediate this by contacting us on email at [email protected] to confirm or fix the problem.
Once these steps have been taken and a replacement agreed upon, we will send you instructions on what to do next.
Please note, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are limited to the original purchase place in EUR.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on where you live. Replacement goods are usually sent via AnPost. All items will be sent using standard shipping service. If you wish to upgrade the shipping for the replacement you will need to pay for that shipping too.
