What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which PiHome supply products to you, whether these are goods, services.
Our products
Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on PiHome website are for illustrative purposes only. We do our best effort to display the colours accurately but some times we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately.
Our contract with you
How PiHome will accept your order. PiHome acceptance of your order will take place when payment is made. If for any reason we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product. If you were charged we’ll refund you in full.
Your rights to make changes
If you wish to make any change to the product you have ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will let you know if the change is possible and any price difference.
Cancelling an Order
Once an order is process and shipped it can not be cancelled and we can not issue refund.
Returns
If there is a hardware fault or legitimate PiHome reserves the right to repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price. The defective unit has to be returned in like new condition within the 15 days window. We cannot accept returned products that are: (ab)used, damaged or obsolete.

Providing the Products
The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on PiHome website on checkout. For more information or alternate shipping options, tracking, transit time and delays – please drop us email.
Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you
PiHome is Raspberry Pi based Central Heating Control systems. It runs from web interface and it comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY, to the extent permitted by applicable law. I take no responsibility for any loss or damage to you or your property. DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR HEATING SYSTEM UNTIL UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING.
Other important terms
PiHome Smart Heating software is free or charge. PiHome Collect Stats to improve smart heating system, for any reason if you do not agree please delete PiHome Smart Heating software and all its contents and buy some commercially available heating solution.
